Squat/Dl footwear

For Deads:

most peeps go for dead slippers this is an example of what they look like, brought these from Titan few months back love em.

But pretty much all you need is a flat soled shoe/slipper so the kung fu stlye shoes from #1 shoes would suffice or them diving style soled shoes.

Squats:

Personally just use chucks you want a hard slightly raised heel again jump on that site and look up Squat shoes can get a pair for $100 (130 delivered) in OZ see if I can track down the link for ya.

Am currently using chucks for squats and deadlifts, but will most likely buy those slippers. How much did you pay for the shipping?

I deadlift in socks/bare feet usually, but do have a pair of those slippers which I have/will use for comps, and the odd training.

Chucks are fine for squatting, but I think I'll be ordering a pair of heeled-jandals next time I'm in the House.

Can't recall how much shipping was we ordered a few things from there at the time but it was more of an idea of what you should be looking at pretty sure you could dip into the Warehouse and find something similar for cheap mainly if you competing you need something on your feet but as Drizzt mentioned bare back works just as good when training.
