TEARED TRAPEZIUS MUSCLE!!!!

The pain is constant and sumtimes unbearable!!! Honestly...

It puts me off training! And that sucks arse....

Has anyone had something similar happen?

Shits put me off cuase i'm the type like it's either all or none at all... Need it done right!!!

Let it heal. If your traps are taking to much of the load it could be a postural issue. How did it happen?

It actually got injured a few years back and so i've had this up untill now.

It might be poped out of place somehow cause it has that feeling but if it were i would think i would be in EXTREME pain i guess.

I must of been lifting very heavy and not stretch enough if I had at all.

mate, how did you injured your trap? what exercise and how heavy?

I can't recall how heavy it was but back when I was a small thin guy I could lift very heavy weight hence the energy and power I had. My left trapezius is teared but my right is fine. I'de say it was a pull down of very heavy wait because I remember my gym instructor saying something across the lines like "shit man you've got alota power" this was back when I started off lifting weights at about 16 or 17... now i'm 20
