Gyno from puberty. need surgery!!!111

there is gyno and there is puffy nipples not the same thing.

bro i get puffy nipples when im real hot. Like after a shower or hot day or something. No lumps. Would that not be gyno?

I'm wondering if any one actually has any experience in this surgery removal procedure? I have also been suffering from it and am looking at having it removed surgically. it came on after being fat and lazy for too long. last I had a consultation to have it assessed it was $200 . asked about the surgery and it is in the range of about $5k. saying that however this was requiring an over night stay in a private hospital. so must be a high end surgeon.

What I want to know is if there is day surgery options in NZ.

Are there any surgical forums we can try and find a Dr that has some ideas?
