Christchurch fulla here.... training with weights for 20 years now. Dont know how to classify myself as my training programme changes all the time from strength to power to training for mma or bjj or what ever lol usually cross train them so much I burn myself out and ending up training the wallet to open itself up to get the boil up pot cranking lol I guess just a gym junkie most of the time lol

Trained in most gyms in chch and a few in hamilton too. Training at east side barbells at the moment and quite enjoying it. Just dropped 10 kilos at the mo from 120 kilos, body fats still a little gay, but hey, still feeling good as :)

Just joined up to see where its at in terms of sharing info and getting some good tips from some of the people in here :)

Im a fitness instructor/pt myself, finished this a few months back, but cant really break my stride of doing hard physical labour, so may just stay there for a bit :)..
