I'm probably not qualified to comment, but have had success lately by making sure I eat some good fats. I take fish oil tablets and/or a spoon of peanut butter with post work out shake etc. I never used to do this and used to crave like a bastard. I also found a good multi vitamin helps, I've recently started taking a multi called Animal Pak and haven't suffered the massive cravings I used to and/or crashed from being run down. My biggest enemy is the evening - if I'm not busy I get cravings but I think these are mainly in my head. A cup of tea with an equal in it or a coke zero usually helps.

Im currently on a calorie deficient at the moment and mannn I am finding my self getting so hungry lately

So how do you guys deal with hunger without feeling like shit or going over your daily limit?

USP Labs Recreate braz... will suppress those cravings plus has caffeine, worked for me
