Springbok Maize Meal

Anybody used this before to bulk up their whey and make it a gainer? It comes in powder form so would be easier than blending oats. Just curious about flavour.

Thats why us BOERE are so big. We grow up on this stuff.

yeah it would be fine...might still need a bit of a blend though to get it suspended in the shake

That stuff is pretty dense asspecialy when its in fluid. So be carefull how much you use. Start with maybe a small cup or something.
