Zinc Supplement

Can anyone recommend a quality zinc supplement? I am after something for continuous use. Is ZMA the way to go or just standard zinc caps?

I look at the price, and if you are going to the doctor then get the zinc caps and some magnesium, you will have enough B6 from your multi vit. So why waste your money on expensive supplements.

This is a great suggestion & exactly what I do.

What you need to ask for are Zincaps, which contain 50mg elemental zinc. You will get 90caps for 3 bucks

Ask for 100 as thats the max that they can perscribe at one time and then make sure you get your repeats as well. So thats 300 Zincaps for $3... Dont for get to tell the pharmacey to give them all to you in the one go. IT should only be $3...
