Back/shoulder gym injury***

A few years ago I injured my back muscle just above the shoulder blade. Certain that it was in the gym. Lifted to heavy to fast and probably didnt stretch that muscle. It feels really tender and sensitive to pain.

Getting a pat or something on the muscle part is painful, even just a light touch on it I can feel that tender/pain fragileness if that makes sense.

Today i picked up something farely heavy and it felt like a cutting/ripping pain.....

IM HOPING THAT ITS CUREABLE THAN MAINTAINABLE....SURGERY....????

No one can diagnose injuries over the internet anyway, gotta test to see what's injured can't do that with a mouse. My advice go see a physio, doctors will usually refer onto physios for musculoskeletal anyway as they are primarily there to help with the symptoms aka prescribing analgesics and antiinflamms.

I've been to the docter but they never believe the extent of my problems the dumb shits lol (a lil exaduration). Untill they like see my damn bones than thier like 'Ohh shit'... :pfft:

Nah but really.. I posted this up for any bro'relations not bro'science :naughty: I've teared it awhile ago and the pains still lurking around. Puts me off training.. Does any1 know about if you tear a muscle that it can be fixed/repaired.
