What are your stats Bobsta (in the picture / on stage & currently if you're not too secret squirrel about them?).

Nothing special going on here to be secretive Nate

Last year was my 1st time competing and i did 2 shows (one was nationals)

I started my serious dieting at 95kg and I was on stage at 88kg.

In the profile pic I think I might have been 92kg or somthing close.

Currently 105 (tiny)

You have a crazy physique man! That's an awesome seasoned physique, hard to believe first time competing. 105 isn't small!

No shit, Bobsta, I agree with the other post re your physique. I'd be super stoked to be looking like that.

I think what nate said about the $$ involved in looking like some of these above pics is a sobering reminder.

Funny thing is I lost around 10kg since surgery 4 months ago and am now sitting around 5kg lighter (@93 kg now, 6ft) and my wife thinks I look better NOW than before when I was bigger. Made me think that maybe conditioning is more important than overall size, so appreciating some of the not-so-freakishly-big physiques more.

Im the same as Olympia, ever since I seen Bobsta post up some pics I've been in awe and see that physique as a long term goal of mine. Love the Poundstone look too, that dude just looks powerful as hell. Not sure if I could get up to a solid 120-130kg on my frame without turning into a lump of lard.

What a monster

Sam - try 155kg if you wanna look like Poundstound!

Damn Bobsta - thats freakish for a first comp!

What height are you - I was 88kg on stage in 2000 (and 74kg in 97!!) at 5'9". You're deceptively large so I wouldnt be worrying what the scales say.

Thanks Samuel nz and Masssive but like I said to Olympia, I'm sure you guys can do a hell of a lot better than that with a bit of effort.

Thanks Nate, I'm 5'9" or 5'8" not too sure!

That's a mean jump from 74kg to 88 in 3 years mate! Love to see what you're gonna be next time you jump on stage!!

^^ Chemo being more realistic for most.

Close to home again but is this the level most should be aiming for? Good conditioning no doubt but a realistic level of mass for most (sub 70kg on stage, which I guess equates to 80ish for an average height competitor).

Thoughts?

Yeah I went with average height of NZ male - approx 175 (5'9") - and thought for most here 80kg on stage would be a pretty good acheivement.

Of course others like Soundsgood hitting 100kg @ 5'8" on stage will be aiming much higher - 110 next time bro?!

5'8-5'10 i'd say DD

While I don't aspire to be a pro bodybuilder I would like to LOOK like one.

Steve Kuclo has my goal physique. Big quads and delts

You pretty much already look like one mate, another 10kg on stage and you're up there... Dexter was weighing about that when he won his Olympia.

Steve Kuclo does has a great physique. And he's damn young still...
