That was in July. In September I smashed 90kgs in a push pull comp.

And when I said I have the same lifts as you, I was referring to the 5 reps of deep squats with 120kgs, not the bench. Bench press is my weakness. Should've clarified that before. Sorry for offending you.

i do for shoulders. im using 3 points. right quad 4cc, left quad 4cc, shoulders 2cc each. bro im fine im always sore after injecting lol feeling the test flu hard right now tho

haha sorry for differing right back to my original post on help with my first cycle but..

got some dbol now liquid oral(titan) , any reccomendations on whether i should split my dosage throughout the day or take it about an hour before my workout does either or make much of a difference?

atm 1 ml 1 hour before workout

depends on what your using it for. DBol has a half life of 4hours max so if you want to use it for increased protein synthesis then you're gonna wanna split it up. However, it's pretty well agreed that it doesn't realyl provide good long term gains, so many people use it for strength gains - in which case they would be taking it 1 hour before work out. Kinda like an epic pre workout sup. I vote for this way, but again, depends on your goals.

i agree with before training, but in order to achieve both i split dose but just take most my dose before training, love it

Dbol reaches the blood system in 1-3 hrs so run it in about 90 mins before your work out. I prefer to take lower doses under 25mg in 1 dose before a workout but higher doses are best split up through the day to try & achieve stable blood levels. However its short half life of 3-4 hrs does not really allow this to happen so inevitably, drops will occur during the night.

how to stop these drops? thats the question

so if im running 1 ml a day (only for 2 weeks)

does this split sound reasonable

8am 25 mg

11am 25 mg

2pm 25 mg

gym at around 4

6pm 25 mg

You're talking about Dbol, right? Then I hope you mean 5mg at those times of the day. 100mg of Dbol per day is way too much, even if you're only running it for 2 weeks.
