thinking about doing T3

Hey fellas,

I'm thinking about running some T3. Anyone care to offer some general guidelines, advices or warnings?

There's plenty on this site about clen, but I've not seen too much regarding T3, except that it's awesome when stacked with Clen. I plan to run it alongside testosterone supplementation (naturally), but will not be doing clen simultaneously, I think.

yeah its great fat burner, but make sure you run it with test otherwise its more likely to burn muscle than fat.

also your diet has to be pretty flawless

Plus...can kind destroy your thyroid and leave you fatter than ever, but sure go ahead and use it, worth the risk for the prize moneu from the show you must be doing. You have to taper it up and down.

Bluto y so negative, the man wants help.

I'm currently running Clen and t3 together for a 6 week cycle. Clen week on week off. T3 I start on 25mcg for few days then 50mcg for another few then 75, then 100 then up to 125mcg/day which I'd my peak I run this for 2-3 weeks then taper back down similar to the way I worked up.

It's a safe way to do it done many times, do lots of research.

I can't fucking stand comments like blutos, android said the same thing in regards to insulin. They give u hard time for asking and they are they same pricks doing it exactly themselves. I don't get that care to enligten me on the mentality of that?

Okay back on track

I am just starting my offseason bulk. Will be running high test/Deca and hopefully GH with Proviron as AI.

Was thinking of running low dose T3, 25mcg / day, throughout to keep bodyfat in check.

What do you think Bluto? Good idea or just keep it for pre comp cuts?

When you take T3, does it shut down your natural thyroid response or add to it?

How much would you run through the offseason Tom, if at all?

Would love to have your input instead of the negativity Bluto. Admittedly there are alot of members in the steroid section with f*ck all real life knowledge and experience and shouldn't be giving out advice. But In my experience the American boards are even worse, just a rehash of running a shitload of GH, Tren and a bit of test. That's unrealistic In NZ due to the high cost and unavailibility of GH over here. That's why the discussions relate to stuff that's actually widely used here.

Of course there is a risk with T3, there is a risk everytime we swallow a tablet or put a pin into ouselves. Somone may be fine taking 100mcg of T3 while another could try it and come to grief on 25mcg a day. Just like some can do 3grms of test a week fine and others get gyno on 500mgs per week. Once you start taking drugs in bodybuilding then it is an extreme sport. Up to you how you want to go about it, be a sheep and follow the masses or go out the front and push the boundries. There is no right answer it's up to you!

My current cycle of T3 I have been on for 4 months now, started on 100mcg a day for the first 6 weeks to get rid of a bit of fat and now dropped down to 50mcg a day. I will stay on this dose for around another 3 months and then have time off to let the thyroid fire back up. No change to my diet apart from increasing protein. Still having cheat days. Belt has dropped 3 notchs. Have not lost any size on arms or legs etc. Currently on 750mg of test e per week this will stay the same until I stop the T3.

There are plenty of clinical studies of people who have been on T3 for many months and one I know of a person who was on for years. All their thyroids fired back up within a few weeks/months after stopping T3.

There is NO clinical research that you have to taper T3 up or down for safety or for better results. I would however say if you have not used T3 before then start off on a low (25mcg) dose just to see how your body reacts. If ok you can up the dose.

Take T3 when you wake up on an empty stomach (with glass of water) and wait 30 minutes before having any food.

T3 is catabolic so will quite happly eat fat or muscle. So you need to be on cycle to counter this, proper ass cycle none of this natural test rubbish. I keep my protein intake higher while on T3. Low doses of T3 can apparently enhance your bodys ability to synthesize protein and increase your growth hormone production.

I don't like clen (it certainly works though) I use albuterol as I like its added benfits.
