Hi all I am new to this site and I have had a look around and there is so much helpfull info here.

I live in Sydney NSW Australia and I am looking at toning up and finish losing more weight to get down to my goal.

I have lost 21kg so for in a 5 month dieting and working out when I can but still more to go and would like to tone up as well and have some abs as I have never seen them before and would be good to see what I have.

So any help or directions would be great as I am keen to learn and seeing what results I have got makes me want it more.

I am at 116kg but I also am 196cm tall so it does't look to bad but I would like to get to 100kg or 105kg and I am having trouble getting rid of the lower section of fat from belly and it doesn't matter what I do I just can't seem to move it so if anyone knows a sure fire way would be great if you could let me know.

I would like to think that I am only a couple of months away from having some sort of six pack.

Any advice feel free to throw my way as I am new to this and not sure of what to do.

I don't really have a diet just stop drinking and eating rubbish and also when I can work out at a mate's place.

I have read magazines and books about diets but not sure what is really good for me and how to find out.

I am looking at losing the last kilos aswell as toning up.

good effort on the weight loss.

remember its easier to lose weight the heavier you are, if that makes sense. initially it will fall off if going from a poor diet and being lazy to having a good diet and getting active..

then it gets a lot harder and thats when you have to start putting in the hard yards, to lose that last bit that just wont go away with normal diet/lifestyle, thats about where im at now too
