Just curious to see the difference of some bodybuilders at competition level bodyfat a couple days before a competition, and also at the competition? Like so you can see the difference between how they look after they drop water and get tanned etc

I've got pics going back 6 months from bulking to cutting. Last few weeks were almost daily pics sending to Nutritionist. Def got days each side of the show, abs shots mainly as the consistent guide, and days after comp as well.

Will do a compilation of them at home tonight if I can remember and post them here.

Have updated with weight I knew about...also double-checked back through Journal to make sure they match-up with the right dates :-)

Some are dramatic but can be explained...19th October was last day of water and sodium loading so lost 3kg in one day after stopping that

Cheers Jenna, I used Dean Geddes up until October 8 Waikato show, then did the prep for Nationals myself.

He did an excellent job of getting me down to our goal b.f% of 5-6% for Waikato show.
