Hi all

Really isntersted in finding out if bodybuilding will fit in with my busy work and family life and meet new people.

We have relocated to hamilton from shakey christchurch.

I quit smoking a few years ago. and 1 year later and 20+ kilos I began smoking again and didn't recognize the person staring back at me.

If you guys could point me in the right direction or a program that would suite that would be great.

Welcome. No you are not to busy to maintain your health. Everybody can find 4 hours per week you just need to see exercise as the priority that it is.

To get you started have a look at the resources link at the top of the page.

It explains all the basics. If you think motivation might be an issue, try and find someone to train with, even just until you get into a routine. If you can get through the first 3 months you'll be away~! :)

Like Andy said, you're never too busy. Your kids won't mind if you're exercising. You have to be a role model to your children. You can maintain a healthy diet even with work hours and like Andy said, you'd have enough time to find some space to exercise. Motivate yourself, because we can't do it for you.

Hi mate

As a fellow newby, all I can say is, just get to the gym and go at it, definatley hepls going with a mate, which is what I done, makes the difference waking up at 5am wanting to stay in bed, then thinking, shit, if I dont go but he does then hes making more of an effort than me, i,ll look like a slack bastard..

Then after that 3 months you get to a point where you have come so far that the thought of stopping then having to start all over again is enough to keep you there...
