Supplement stack - Recommendations welcome

Hi All.

Just thought I should set out my supplement stack and see what you all have to say/think about it. Recommendations welcome.

Universal Animal Pak

Micronised Creatine - Loading over the upcoming week

Whey Protien - 4 x daily (Myofusion/Meh f*ck who cares just got to GET IT IN YA!!)

Universal GH Max

Pharma Test Freak - 1st time trying this product and I realise most nat test boosters would be a hunk of shit but oh well. However, I did notice some nice gains on Gaspari (Novadex) last time around. Apparently the product is no longer available.

Preworkout - Animal Pak (PUMP) - I realise I could be overdoing it with the creatine here but planning on stopping micronised once Ive finished loading and progressing with this product.

Heading back to the gym at 83Kgs and 14% Bf.

Lets see how it goes.

I realise it takes a clean diet and a massive effort in the gym to achieve ones goals and not just a shelf load of supps

Ciao

I think the Universal GH Max is a waste of money and would have brought BCAAs instead if I was running natural.

Sure you get them in protein sources and on the side of protein containers it says "with added BCAAs" or "10gms BCAAs in every serviing!" but these are peptide bound to other aminos and must be digested to be made available. Free-form BCAAs don't need digesting, a few grams of BCAAs can spike plasma levels higher than a 30gm protein shake. They are not metabolized by the liver or the small intestine and you get way more into the bloodstream this way. The new 8:1:1 formula is best.

You've ticked all the boxes of:

Multi-vits

Creatine

Nitric Oxide (if you got the Animal Pump with Vinpocetine in it then great!)

Test Booster

Whey Protein (do care what it is, stay away from ion-exchanged wheys)

Good to go I'd say 8)

Point taken, will keep in mind next time around.

Thank you very much.

Oh forgot to mention Agent M (Pre/Post) 4 pills each intake.

1st day back at gym after a solid 3/4 months.

Weak as f*ck and now sore as f*ck :D

I read somewhere you are meant to come back stronger after a break but I guess that applies to a 1/2 week break.
