Just starting - how are my average weekly fat/carb/protein %

Howdy Team,

I am pretty new here to the boards and nutrition to boot!!, I am aiming to build muscle mass(arnt we all) so I have been starting to up my calories and protein intake and have been recording them down and have heard a little bit about the correct ratios to fat/carb/protein for that of building mass so i was hoping i could get some advice from you all?

So this is my average fat/carb/protein for a period of 1 week (Approx : 3500-4200 Calories)
