nah I woke up today did some cardio, came back for shower + breakfast and did other stuff, took some DMAA and put .8ml (200mg) in the left delt....

went to the gym a few hours later to do chest and triceps

Flatbench

60kg x 6

80kg x 6

90kg x 4

100kg x 4 x2 sets

105kg x 2 then decided to see how I can do with 110

110 x 1 (seemed ok, would of gone for a second/third rep if I had someone spotting me)

decided to talk to a PT to come and spot me...

120KG x 1 (PB) was a bit of a struggle to get it up but I did in the end while having a red veiny head (like a penis) ... pretty happy about it, in the last 2 sets I guess my injection site started to a hurt a tiny bit but wasn't bothering me much

seated chest press supersetted with cross over cables

150 lbs x 8 --> 6bars each side x 12

165lbs x 6 ---> 7 bars x 10

180lbs x 6 ---> 7 bars x 10

Incline dumbbell press supersetted with push ups

30kg x 10 20 push ups

32kg x 8 15 push ups

34 kg x 8 15 push ups

seated cable overhead extension supersetted with bench dips (15kg on my knees)

60 lbs x 12 20 dips

70lbs x 10 15 dips

80 lbs x 8 15 dips

good short intense workout, awesome pump, out of my 4 days I can see a good progression on chest days, shoulders have an ok progression, followed with back then legs , heard your back was weak CF bro, just go with christ he will fix it for you.

...oh yeah saw this RL troll today (someone from this website?) he was this skinnyish indian guy on the bench curling 10kg dumbbells but had a bar with about 110kg on it...after doing a set of his curls he'd go and add more weights to it and then go back to his curls...I think he ended up with like 120 or 125 then he got up and left lol (got me so excited then he just didn't preform!)

Yeah so I did chest and triceps yesterday, all went well up to 120 kg...I asked a randomer to spot me and he didn't know what spotting was...so he ended up lifting quite a bit of the 120kg I was benching....I'll just do it by myself next time, I also asked him to not help unless I get stuck under the weight or call for him :S

taking clen this week (my 2 week cycle finishes next tuesday) bodyfat is dropping nicely while not eating ultra clean, and been eating more than I should but strength is also coming up and weight too I think (will check tomorrow since I don't like to jump on the scale much)

Today I did back

Deadlifts: I have a very weak back and my deadlifts suck balls so I thought I'd get this out of the way, would like to increase it since my bench is slowly starting to creep up and reach around the same weight as my DL lol

Shoulders today, and my shoulders are still hurt (and will most likely be for a while ...)

did some rotator cuff warming up....

Seated overhead dumbbell press:

30kg x 8 x 2

BTN presses (these kind of hurt my shoulder so I go light...most of the pain comes when racking or de-racking it)

3 sets of 10-12 @ 50kg total

cable lateral raises

12 @ 20 lbs each side

felt hungery and a bit drained so decided to call it a day ( until I do cardio later on) ...will do biceps on another day

oh and I did my shot today in the right quad, all good no lava lamp but the needle had a bit of blood in it when I finished later? ...this is week 6 btw

Took Dave out to a BBQ in the weekend and he was getting told that he is starting to look big and is "beefing up" I guess that's good eh? He ended up eating a shit load of meat that day and had some anabolic vodka

I trained him at the gym today, some dude came up to him and also said he is looking bigger than before...god bless America

Me and Dave were in Dunners for the long weekend, went to the stormers/highlanders game and we got on TV! AWW YEAH...went to KFC there and they were not selling the double down like adverstised...fucking cunts...I didn't get to go to the gym there and didn't get to see GYM RAT BIBBY! (my feeds were pretty much maccas/KFC/butter chicken)

how do you find crazyfacial as a spotter when you're doing bench presses, does he help you with those last few forced reps or do you need a 3rd person?

hello good sir, I am still on 400mg (.8ml x 2 a week of test e) during my trip to Dunedin I skipped on my monday jab so I took it late Tuesday/Early Wednesday .... so the second one will be on Friday and then it's back to Monday/Thursday...I have gotten much better at injecting and no nerves have been hit so far since the first delt one, however once after injecting the glute when I took the needle out black blood came out (cf aspirated and no blood went in...) we're thinking of extending it for a further 5 weeks now ...would be keen on hearing from you guys who run 200g of gear/3+ L of oil a week 8)

Crazyfacials is a terrible spotter but a good motivional person...he doesn't spot me at all instead he whispers sweet nothings into my ear and it really gets me going if you know what I am saying, maybe one day you too can have the honor of training with him and if you're lucky you might get a kiss on the cheek or forehead while being spotted (no homo ofcourse)

also on a side note I Dave would like to inform bros and sisters that I have no beef with the brand of stuff be it Titan or Apolo...only one we've black listed is global pharmacy due to crappy results in the past.

btw I know this is a bit of a troll log ...but how do you deal with different bicep sizes? my right arm right now has .75 to 1 inch in size and strength over the left one...and it really pisses me off since lots of people notice it unless I wear a singlet

i have diff shaped muscles with diff origins/insertions etc on either side bro its a far worse problem. quite a hard thing to fix
