are you running the clen just to lean up a bit before test levels build up, or will you be running it throughout your cycle?

Woke up today with my weight up to 86.5 :/ muscles have been feeling harder and some pumps have been better (mainly bicep/triceps) Strength is more or less the same from what I can tell...I am afraid if I do arms die and do a double bicep flex I might rip my shirt

ok I think this is just placebo...strength is still the same but I recover better between sets, skin is starting to be be oily I hope next time I pop a needle in crude oil doesn't explode out..hoping that I don't break out since this is a bad time to do so...left quad still hurts a lil bit from yesterday's jab but no lump...did it with a 1inch 25er...stay safe.

I did cardio in the AM

in the PM I did shoulders/traps/abs, my right delt is still hurt from an injury I got a while ago but if I punch it and slap the shit out of it and massage it, it doesn't hurt as much...

Machine shoulder press (lbs)

110 x10 reps

120 x 6

130 x 6

140 x 6

Behind the neck seated barbell presses

40kg x 10 x 2 (the weight was not heavy but it bothered my shoulder, I know that behind the neck presses put the most strain on your delts but didn't think light-ish weights would do this)

60kg x 6 (once again the weight wasn't the problem here ...the pain isn't something that would feel like a lot of pain or anything, but more of annoying pain that pisses you off)

Side lateral raises

13kg x 2 sets of 12

15kg x 2 sets of 10

rear delt flyes

80lbs x 15

90 lbs x 15

100 lbs 12

110 lbs x 12

Barbell shrugs

60kg x 12

100kg x 12

120kg x 12

140kg x 12 x 2

I EXPECT TO TRIPLE ALL THESE WEIGHTS WHEN IT KICKS IN WITHIN THE NEXT 2-3 WEEKS (not serious) ...

Placebo effect time: not sure if it's the bloat/pump/mind games but my delts are starting to look better as are my arms...also seems like I am getting a decent pump nowdays....but then again it could all be in my head

I was on MSN messanger earlier with Dave this is what he said today

"Weight is still going up I am 87.9 in the morning now, I am doing cardio everyday however I am also eating a bit more ... so it works out the same really, but that 1 hour of cardio gives me a chance to munch on more food...diet is still very clean, only dirty thing I've had this week was bread, or the odd 1 little piece of chocolate...

Did back and biceps today at the gym

T Bar row

4 sets that ranged between 8-12

Deadlifts

4 sets that ranged between 6-10...I have always had a weak lower back and a crappy grip but it felt pretty good today...matter of fact real good

Dumbbell rows

3 sets of 8 reps

Barbell rows

4 sets of 8-12 reps

Seated close grip cable rows

4 sets of 8-12 reps

Lat pulldowns

3 sets of 8-10 reps

EZ bar curls

4 sets of 6-10 reps

Alt dumbbell curls

3 sets of 8-12 reps (each side)

revese curls

3 sets of 10 reps

Hammer curls

3 sets of 8 reps

I now have to go and do stuff and then do my cardio in the evening....stay safe"

I hope he continues to stay safe next week esp since he's going to record his weights

had a call from Dave today, he went for some measurements, said his bf is a lil down but not too much (kind of understandable since he has had a monster like apatite as of late) , also mentioned that from the measurements/calculations sheet it is showing a muscle increase of over 2kg, but that's most likely due to water I am guessing? regardless he is looking fuller as of late and maybe a bit bloated, will be keen to see how he does @ tomorrow's chest Monday, esp since he injured his shoulder last year his progress seemed to be lacking

Ay yo...had a bit of a cold the last couple of days but lots of lemons+green tea and self made chicken soup (well it's just boiled chicken and kumra and veges but I will pretend it's soup) has made me feel much better...unless it's test flu???

No Cardio yesterday or today at all... didn't start feeling well till the afternoon anyway....

Chest mondays

a while ago last year I hurt my shoulder and that screwed me up as I finally managed to do 5x 100kg and even got 1x 110kg bench and ever since then it's been like a struggle to get to that rep range with benching...100kg x 2 is a mission and a half so I went in hoping I can do better

105kg x 5 (PR at the moment)

would of gone a bit more but I don't have any spotters and when I looked around all what I found were little indian dudes who (not to be mean) looked like would be more trouble than help if they were to spot me...so I was happy with the 105 and decided to move on...

80kg x 6

90kg x 5

inclines flyes

4 sets x 17.5kg x 15 reps (should I start going really heavy on these like in the 6 rep range?)

Dips

was going to do close grip bench but hunger started to set in...I wanted to do decline bench or cable cross overs but it seemed like all the foreigners wanted to use them today (No Winston Peters)

oh yeah I injected my right glute today...for some reason the left one kept on hurting like hell everytime a needle went nearby...then right one was the same too but I stabbed it like Jack the ripper and unleashed the juujuu...it's been over 7 hours since I did so and now it started to hurt :(

anyway I promise to go back to the old format....
