Is dbol a vegetable?

As someone who is doing the complete opposite of the OP eating a diet high in animal protein and not much else Im seeing similar things, decreased bf, increased strength, no hunger problems and high energy.

Guess its a matter of seeing for yourself.

  • 2 weeks later...

Hey man

I am vegetarian and ive put on 13 kgs of muscle(i hope haha) in the last 2 years. but only in the last 6months have I been going to the gym 6times a week.

my diet in terms of protein is mainly consisting of eggs, cottage cheese, protein shakes, milk, oats, nuts.

So i guess in the vegan aspect: almonds, protein shakes-(if there vegan protein shakes out there?), and oats is what you could possibly derive?

im also looking at flaxseed oil lately as that looks really beneficial.

hope that helps
