Arm measurements: flexed and unflexed

What do measurements really mean on the internet without anything like photos to show what it looks like. I was just looking at some fat bitch and her thighs were 6 FEET around. That doesn't necessarily mean that Iris Kyle has to watch her back.

Nothing means nothing on the net.

If we asked Quad measurements wouldyou same the same thing? Your legs looked pretty big on stage. Arms a bit small?

My arms are about 14.5 inches. Probably close to 15 now. I guess they're okay for my age, but I know they can be a lot bigger, plus, my lower body is way more dominant in comparison to my upper body.

By the way, I'm not saying that it's impossible for people to have 20 inch arms with solid muscle, but you know, Oprah probably has 20 inch arms. Soooooooo pics or it isn't true hahaha

Photos dont mean much either, My arms have been 21in on stage and dont really look that big, someone 5'5 with 18in arms look twice as big. Bodybuilding is all about creating a illusion.

Your arms must have been biga than 14.5 come on.

If you are growing and starting to get leaner as well that's doing something right for sure. You got some size on you that's for sure.

And yeah Daz is one huge mofo!

Your arms will grow, but weight is needed also, a good 90kg's for some proper measurements.

The two things that made my arms grow were: Curling over 60kg's on an EZ bar with perfect form, 'cheat' curling 80kg's and dips with more than three 20kg plates.

It took around three years to get these lifts, but the journey was worth it.

So strength = muscle mass

His lifts dont determine his muscle mass, I did a 115kg bench at 67kg body weight raw at 21 years old and my arms were 14.6 and a

150 squat at 74kg's with 23 inch thighs, 22 years of age.

At 24 I did a 164kg squat at 103kg's with 27.4 inch thighs, so the carry over was minimal.

I gained the weight using the Weider principles

And in this post, strength != muscle mass.

Contradictory advice anyone?

No, read my posts properly:

Deads, Squats and Bench and general heavy lifts wont help you grow with your personal genetic make-up.

But... Using heavy lifts in a body building style workout will help you grow, i.e. 65kg dumbells for 6 sets of 8.
