Hi all,

I am a 17 year old student looking forward to get bigger, and increase my strength. My current size is Average, neither bulk nor skinny. I have been working out since 3 months and have got noticeable strength gain and have increased my size too, however when I started working out, I didn't have any intention for getting big or any specific diet plan, All I knew was if I go to gym, I should eat good protein containing foods.

My body stats are 17::65::5"6

Arms: 14 (i know Shit)

Chest: 38 (same)

Now I have a goal until next year to get bigger with my body mass of nearly 75-85 kgs.

Please help me guys to get a good diet plan and tips and stuff to get bulked and get bigger. I have no much knowledge about BB..

Thanks :)

Hi mate, welcome to the forums. You could start with our Beginner's Guide to Bodybuilding articles.

As for your diet, what are you currently eating on a typical day?

Thanks the the link mate.. :)

As for my daily diet till now, my typical daily meals are -

morning - 1 1/2 cup milk, 40 g of oat packet, 40 g of cornflakes

between breakfast and lunch- a banana

lunch - Fried rice with boiled egg and mixed vegetables

evening - tea

dinner - rice & vegetables

However my friend has supplied me with a good bulking diet which I will post soon as I am not sure how to upload an image.. :P

Thanks

To bulk or even put on muscle you will need more calories than your taking in period.

Definitely need more protein, you must struggle to get even 50g with that amount and sort of food. Aim for 200g+ to start with.

Think about keeping it simple if you can and know what your going to eat for the day and eat the same thing if you can stomach it to keep a routine.

Btw, any chance you're a vegetarian ? Or just haven't thought about adding meat into your diet ?

uhhh have you heard of protein? and its assosiation with gaining muscle?

Yea mate, I have heard of protein and its association with gaining muscle... Whats with that?

hey mate you have to add a lot of protein to that diet if you want to grow muscle. add things like eggs, chicken, steak, premium mince, tuna, steak, egg whites, protein powder, etc to each meal.

Thanks for the tip mate! :)

I knew about some protein foods like, egg whites, protein powder, tuna and steak. I have also been having chicken 2 or 3 times a week as I was not that strict about the diet before.. But now I will definitely add it to my diet. :)
