I've got nothing against bulkers, I just don't no why someone would do it.

It makes me stronger :huh: My strength increases have been massive going from 93kg to 103kg this year, where they had stalled/crawled along when I was trying to gain strength at 93kg (i.e. "Lean bulking").

More strength is giving me more muscle mass. More muscle mass means I'll look even better when I decide to take a bit of fat off (I hope!).

Plus, I'd like to see someone try a "lean bulk" sort of diet during a 13 week Smolov :shock:

Thanks bro appreciate the kind words! But I'm in Powerlifting mode right now so nothing but a 1 pack to show for the moment :shifty: :pfft:

Aiming to trim some weight after BBro in late November, so will probably put some pics up pre xmas or just after new years :)

Muscle 99 are you aware that if you gain muscle at any time you are bulking just because you try to minimise the amount of fat you put on or "lean bulking" as you call it, doesn't mean you aren't bulking. U mad that someone who is a "bulker" may have 2-3% higher body fat than you in the off season yet at the same bf% come summer time look 2-3x better?

5'11 83kg 8% on my frame is a COMPLETELY DIFFERENT physique to 85kg on your frame. If you're curling 14kg dumbells @ 90kg bodyweight - the quality of your overall physique is going to be low (No hate)

I have put in 2 1/2 nearly 3 years of intense dieting and a 6day split in the gym - i truly don't believe i (or anyone for that matter) could achieve my physique with pushups and chinups in their garage.. not trying to be arogant.

You would be surprised at whats achievable without any weights involved at all. Hannibal clip is a perfect example of this, I also knew plenty of guys in the army that did no weight lifting just ran, basic pushups, chin ups, sits ups etc and were ripped to shreds.

So what are your stats now? height weight bodyfat? if you managed a solid physique with a few curls and pressups i assume now you're in a gym your physique must be amazing?

do you have any full body shots?

average physique. height~184cm. weight~95kg. bodyfat-no idea.

Yeah you look great bro, just need to bring those legs of yours up to match your upper body more. They don't have to be on par, but with a upper body frame like that your legs need to be bigger haha.

I know I am! brotha seems to have real skinny legs though...but far out that's some amazing upper body strength

Yeah i think you'd find it relatively hard to build huge legs without a gym - but hey mabey i'm wrong.

i know there are guys like hannible who are fucking amazing, but lettuce be reality for a second - his genetics must be 1/1,000,000

still crazy what these guys achieve in the playground lol

Yeah mate, I am referring to minimizing fat gain opposed to over encouraging it. I'm not mad in any way shape or form, what someone chooses to do with their body is entirely up to them. Come summer time they look 2-3x better, that's your opinion.
