I expect most people who train hard and reguaraly know exactly what im talking about, I train a 4 day split, and like all people work on average 50 hours a week aswell, workouts take between 60-90 mins, i have approx 1 gram of protein per pound of bodyweight each day, drink alot of water, take a multi vitamin, diet is clean, always sleep around 8 hours a night, yet I am always tired and feel knackered!! Any ideas? Was thinking I may need too supplement with L-glutamine or get a better multi like ON Opti-men or Animal Pak. Any feedback would be appreciated!

Aim for 10hrs sleep when you have time such as your days off training.

Do you really need to be in the gym for 90 minutes on training days?

You could be over training...

Do you set aside time where you refuse to think about work & training?

Remember good things take time and are not easy.

Hello.

I posted about a simular thing a few weeks back. I bit the bullet and went to the doctor after trying more rest and diet etc. They did bloods and checked for glandular fever and Hep a b and c. Thankfully I had none of the above but im still really fatigued to the point that if I train im wrecked for days. They think it is just some viral deal and will pass in a few weeks. Apparently they are seeing a bit of it lately. Very frustrating. Best you get checked out as you can apparently do damage to your liver etc pushing through it.

Andy.

Try Animal Pak. I used to break out into cold sores and sht every 4-6 weeks of training hard and dieting etc. I struggle to get 8 hours sleep, 7 - 8 is a sleep in for me. I've been taking it for 4 weeks and feel really good. I find I don't crave as much crap high energy food as I used to either.

did it have any effect on the facial herpes?

lots of different factors. Stress, work diet etc. If you have isolated out medical factors you could do well to start playing with diet. Some poeple dont absorb much if anything from multi vitamins so real food might be in order if you arnt having enough already.

Haven't had one since, apparently they come up due to a deficiency in lycene and the multis must supplement that IMO.
