Elbow wraps for bench press?!

Aren't they wearing both the RAM and wrapped elbows? In the original thread, the OP confirms that their elbows are wrapped.

Is that what the new fed will be? Triple ply bench shirt with RAM, elbow wraps and wrist wraps? How much carry over would that give you, 100kgs? :grin:

Surprisingly Tom, the RAM has a carry over of 20kg. A set of knee wraps around the elbows would be about the same.
