Well now that Ive got a little home set up going on (and the fact that Ive got a few gym memberships) I want to deck it out with some strongman stuff to be a different

What I do have

Adjustable squat rack

230kg freeweights (will be looking to throw in more 20s every month)

competition oly bar

Seen some farmers bar handles that Im going to grab off GS tommorow, also I hav a 180kg-200kg tyre that Im storing at work that I will be taking back home to the back yard.

What Im looking to add

-Sandbags

-Stones 60-120ish

-Steel Log

Anyone knows where to source these CHEAP hit me up!

i have roughly 300kg of steel plate weights various sizes.. not olympic just standard if your interested? i dnt need them no more

One of the House guys got us some rocks from the Hutt river down these ways. Obviously you're not gonna come this far for rocks :pfft: But if you can think of a similar one? (I can't up those ways... :think:)

Hmmm I think what Ill do is grab a keg. Keep it empty for throws and then load it up for load/carry/overhead type events.

Then I should have enough to do some sweet as powercardio sessions.
