The 10 bodybuilding commandments

Vary your training methods periodically.

Only go if you are willing to train. Basketball courts are better suited to hanging out and talking shit about how many fights you had, and how many women you screwed. No one believes you anyway, pencil neck.

The 10 Commandments...

Thou shalt not curl in the squat rack.

Thou shalt not just turn up to the gym for bench and curls 4 times a week.

Thou shalt not stare when anyone puts more than two plates on the bar.

Thou shalt not put Lady Gaga, Katy Perry or other equally homo music over the stereo when iron is being lifted.

Thou shalt not try to combine exercises together such as leg raises and bench press, or upright rows and bench press.

Thou shalt not when asked what they eat say they eat a lot when they only manage one or two meals a day.

Thou shalt not do a programme for 2 weeks and then say it doesn't work.

Thou shalt not look like a light bulb and shall train legs.

Thou shalt not make doing a barbell curl look like thou is trying to hump the air.

Thou shalt not leave weights lying around.

yeah id say sleep is pretty important and is often overlooked. lately ive been getting 10-12hrs/night and never felt better

how unproductive.

Or he could be more alert and energised while he's awake and end up being more productive than if he was sleeping less... it can works both ways. For me I would feel like I was wasting the day, but if it's a toss up between 5-6 hours sleep and being a zombie all day, or 10-12 and feeling great and being productive, I know which I'd choose.

I get up at 6am every day. was going to bed at 10-12 at night, but I was pretty much just fuckng around from 6pm onwards. now i usually just go to sleep around 8 instead of wasting my time on the internet/playing games/watchng movies, so not really any less productive, and yeah i do feel better during the day and probably get more uni work done
