aim to keep hormone fluctuations to their minimum by dosing using an appropriate time-schedule according to each compound's half-life and you will minimise the fluctuations. this will result in less acne.

i don't think this has any validity as people i know get bad acne regardless of whether they pin ed or miss weeks out ect. i remember reading this but from my own observation there isn't much weight to it

I know I get a lot more acne when I'm inconsistent with my pinning schedule.

It is a fact by the way that hormone fluctuations are a major cause of acne.
