Had a mate who was taking slin while cutting recently, will ask him what he was doing coz the fullness really helped and looked awesome! he was able to retain more mass and looked way better, not flat like you usually look after dieting for ages.

Iv done before and did work well and can get u into ketosis in 1 day. Just keen to hear other ppls ways of doing so can compare and reevaluate to perhaps find an improvment or two

get someone who knows what are they doing to show you how.

specially if you are doing when you are cutting, can be very dangerous to mess with that stuff if you dont know what your doing

Yeah, seems like there's a very fine line there. So I'm guessing the goal here is to force whatever little carbs you're eating directly into the muscle, quickly, so that you don't put on fat.

Sounds a bit dangerous, kind of. Hmm... depends on how you cut I suppose.
