Hey, came across this site by accident but it seemed quite kewl so I thought id join.

Anyway, im 19 years old and over the past year i'v lost about 15kgs of bf i'v been goin to the gym over that time and doing all the right diet things and packed on a bit of muscle, but I cant seem to loose the last 3-4% of bf or "puppy fat" that I want to, any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Cheers
