experiencing pct doldrums....

today is 2 weeks since the last shot of test E. for pct i have on hand:

nolva (genox & titan)

femera (titan)

clomid (titan)

had planned to do, from today:

week1&2 - 20mg nolva, 50mg clomid ED

week3 20mg nolva ED

maybe femera 1mg E2D in week 4.

have felt fine up till today, training was shit. no desire to lift, and weak. Im assuming this is normal pct feeling? should i approach pct differently? or add any otc supps.

keen on hearing peoples experience-based thoughts.

in b4 nolva+clomid arent synergistic (i know)

in b4 just stay on.

But seriously coming off really is the lowest ebb of any lifters life :(

My advice is run your pct for4 longer than 3 weeks! 5 weeks with 20mg nolva

The only thing that gets me though coming off is knowing i am soon be back on again, that's why i asked when he planned to go back on.

thats a fair call bro. already planning next cycle, 2 month break inbetween.

As for staying on - its something im seriously considering for the future. even though my cycle was just test, it was awesome. And this weak lazy feeling is the fucking worst. should i still train even though im weak etc, im forcing myself to train atm. nutro is on point, but dont wanna f*ck things up training wise.

A wise man once told me. When your in between just pick weights that you can do an easy 12 reps with. so every set you get the reps - trying to lift what you were doing on cycle will lead to failure and will f*ck with your head.

After a dozen cycles I have found that taking DHEA at 100mg/ day keeps the desire to lift in the gym, you feel the muscle working without that "tiredness" you get PCT, you still get good pumps, and most importantly natural testosterone isn't supressed while taking it. I wouldn't do it any other way now (might try GHRP-6 this time but will have DHEA on hand).

As GF said lift what you can and go home happy that you did something.

You can't go to failure anyway your cortisol levels will be elevated and you'll just burn some muscle somewhere.

why are u using letrozole in your pct? u know u can cause more problems then its worth just for the small amount of LH stimulation u get from it? im assuming thats what femara is no? it is an AI and a very powerful 1 at that, known to shut peoples sex drive off lol. have done so myself using 1.25mg E3D on 1000mg of test lol

did u use hCG during your cycle? if not id be getting some now and running it during your pct.

also its a natural stack but no bullshit it works is a stack called TRS stack by primordial performance. it seems like hyped up shit but it actually works!

Would definitly advise keeping the volume lower. During PCT (just nolva) I didn't really feel the drag and still hit the gym hard 6 days a week. Prob the worst thing I could have done, and I feel I could've spared more mass post cycle if I just played it a little smarter. Bring on round 2!!

definate overkill on all the AIs if your only doing moderate dose/length cycles you don,t need to get all fancy Tamoxifen is fine by itself and a few shots of Hcg is a bonus at the start of PCT along with a decent Trib supp and you will be fine from my experience taking both clomid and Tamoxifen together was a complete mind Fuk and i would hate to think what adding Femur to that would do as well would even make you fell worse

coming off is all mental but just because you stop the gear don,t lose your discipline still keep up your meals and still train i drop the volume back but i keep my sessions short and heavy just enough to force the body to maintain most of the muscle it can be done

take an anti depressant :P (kidding)...

I have never bombed after a cycle. still lift heavy but drop the frequency as recovery slows. add a bit of cardio in to pop fitness up slightly which helps maintain appetite. (Im always hungry hahaha).

IMO more a state of mind. If you expect to bomb and over analyse your training you'll create problems.
