14 Day Hybrid Mass Building

It's actually a pretty old idea that was floating around a few years ago and was heavily promoted by Bill Phillips. I adopted this practice for a while and I have to say it worked very well and the idea behind it is actually quite sound. 2.5 kilos? I don't think so but is it a way to grow without accumulating loads of lard? Yes I think it is.

Nothing wrong with utilizing shorter bulking/cutting cycles, but you may as well ignore all the inflated marketing claims.

I think this was covered in a thread somewhere on here wasn't it Phed? Some time ago... not sure but I remember responding to something along these same lines as it seems like I was about the only person who had had a go at that style of cyclical eating.

Yeah I do remember something similar, did a quick search but couldn't find anything.

Hopefully a few more people who have tried the approach will chime in this time. I've always just stuck with long but slow bulks so can't really offer anything from experience.

Just wondering if anyone has tried this type of thing and what you guys reckon compared to just the a regular long bulk.

cheers

looks too good to be true.

buy the product and review it for us.

Yep. If anyone or anything is promising amazing results in a very short period of time is either lying to you or offering you an illegal means of achieving this. I believe anyone who engages in selling bullshit should be elligable for a prison sentance, fooling innocent people & giving false hope. Not everyone is a fitness guru or knows much about building muscle.
