Good decision. I started working out at home a month ago and I bought my power cage and a flat bench off Kiwistrength.co.nz. I paid $1600 total including 200 shipping. The cge is built like a maximum security prison cell and I am sure it will take at least ten years of hard work. I could have got it a lot cheaper, was looking at no1fitness, but decided to go for quality as I intend to lift some heavy shit!!

I bought an Olympic competitipn bar and 155kgs of rubber Oly platez for 600 bucks off no1fitness. I actually bought the steel plates but they sent me the more expensive rubber plates.
