MASSIVE difference in flexing and normal!

Yeah that's what Arnold talked about in his book, how you can tell if someone has done heavy lifting or not. Arnold mentioned how Franco looked buff all the time and that was because Franco was a powerlifter (301kg squat, 238kg bench press, 340kg deadlift @ 90kgs bodyweight). Whereas Arnold had a big difference between flexed and relaxed, which he said he wanted so he could surprise everyone when he flexed!

I have found that the more I gym it, the more swole I get via exercise.

When I was untrained, both flexed and normal, were equal. Now there is a difference, and even moreso when I am training.

This is the human condition.

I am used to it. Maybe you should accept it too.

If you train harder, and grow more, you will eventually be the size your are no when flexed, when you are cold. This is your saviour... time in the gym.
