INFO on kre-alkalyn & Riped & Buffness

So...

I should be taking 4 Kre Alkalyn capsules a day for how active I am.

I've taken all 4 at once before a run/cardio workout. Any better ways of taking them and so on...?

Is it allgood to take 2 at night before bed sort of thing?

Lifting heavy with a small amount of reps makes you ripped

& Lifting light with lots of reps makes you buff......... Correct?

havnt we already covered kre alklyn details last time you asked??

low rep high weight = bulk

high rep low weight = ripped

but you can still get ripped with a good diet lifting heavy, possibly more so than high reps.

take kre alklyn pre 30min and post workout. doesnt really matter in terms of timing as it is ph balanced so no matter what time you take it the absorbtion should be about the same anytime of the day.

Ditch kre alk and get monohydrate!

And just remember that rep ranges and weights have no relevance to how you look, if you wanna get ripped use heavy weights and high and low reps, and if you wanna get big use heavy weights and high and low reps...

All in your diet, and alcohol is more than extra calories, it increases estrogen and puts the body in a catabolic state for 4-6 days... Drop it altogether
