Pre workout sup without caffine?

Hello.

Havnt been training much in the last 6 months due to renovating the house and have started pushing it again recently. Thing is, im getting about 15mins into my programme and just completely running out of steam. I just completely flatten out with zero energy. I then find I get really shakey.

Never had this before and my diet is above average. Ive tried training at different times day and night. I thought about a pre workout sup (never used before) but dont like huge amounts of caffine. Any suggestions? Not taking any sups at the moment.

yeah fair comment on the stimulant/sleep thing. Dinners usually quite balanced. Meat three veg type of deal. The shakes thing sorts itself after eating something so it must be a nutrition or lack of thing? Maybe just pushing to hard getting back into it. Can't believe how weak ive got in 6 months. Its like starting over again!

Hello.

Cereal with yoghurt and fruit for breakfast. Bread or wrap with tuna/chicken for lunch. Dinner usually meat and brocolli, kumara and potatoes. Usually train about 1 hour later. Im 36 and not trying to bulk just trying to maintain!

ok well, where to start...I'd eat smaller more frequent meals. What kind of cereal? how much bread for lunch? definately doesnt seem like your getting enough protein in your diet...
