Hey guys so i just started my cut, but before i started i was in at 105kg, im taking mutant shred (fat burner) + diet is awesome and still working out, but im worried im loosing too much too fast, its nearly been a week and im now on 99kg.

Am i loosing too much within this amount of time or is this expected and then ill reach a plateau later on my cut?

Note: Since my cut I've gotten stronger even though im eating less carbs?

Eg. My bench has gone up.

Only way to know for sure is to calculate your LBM and keep an eye on that rather than just your weight on the scales. The scales on their own won't tell you how much fat and how much muscle mass you lost.

To do that you need to have some way to measure your bodyfat. Then when you re-test yourself after weighing 6kg less...if you havn't lost around 6% bodyfat on the calipers then you've lost some muscle mass in that 6kg.

Make sense?

Let's say you go from 15% down to 12% bodyfat and drop 6kg. You've lost about 3kg of fat and 3kg of muscle mass.

Please read: "muscle mass" not muscle, slight difference one implies loss of meat which sounds quite permanent, the other just size which can be temporary.
