Depends on where you're at perhaps different for everyone and different whether you are bulking, cruising, or cutting. But I'd say this...

#1 Get your deep sleep for GH release or whatever happens in the small hours of the morning. Don't forfeit sleep unless you're supplying exogenous GH and don't need the natural stuff I suppose.

#2 If you do wake up, take the opportunity to eat or drink some food.

#3 Eating meat at each meal gives you a semi-reasonable life of eating every 3 hours, not too far out from normal people tbh (6 meals a day from breakfast, morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea, dinner, and supper).
