Hi all

I'm Tara, from Auckland. Am sinking myself back into training, and making progress but not as well as it should be.

Am very self-motivated but I think I'm suffering from information overload and trying to make it all too complicated. Am working with a nutritionist, but don't think we've got it right.

Perhaps I'm too ambitious as I want to be where I was 'bout 5/6 years ago, and I know there's no reason I can't be there again. I have all my progress charts and it is very motivating to see the changes I made.

Anyway, looking forward to some motivation and helpful hints here, from others that understand like others can't.
