As predicted Phil took it out with a nice crisp hard well balanced & symetrical physique. I have watched him grow since he took out the New York Pro back in May 2006 & beat Dennis James & Darrem Charles. At 31 (I think) he is one of the younger men to win the "O" & says a lot for his determination, attitude & he would say, His God.

Jay was not as hard as last year & would have been marked down with some obvious flaws in his left & right biceps, quads, calfs & delts on a quick look today. Gracious in defeat he was pleased to see his buddy take the sandow & the title from him if there was to be anyone to do it. I would not right him off for next year.

Kai looked a bit fuller today. Dam that guy is loaded with muscle but his overall structure seems to let him down & always looks strange around the traps & neck but those legs are beyond belief. Good to see Victor pull it up over Dennis & then the rest flowed on pretty much as expected...Dexter, Tony, Brandon, Ronny & Hidetada. Overall a good close contest. Pity Branch was not in the mix I think I would be slotting him in around 5th place. So now all you young budding BBers have got a new King to aspire to.

I can not get my head around that with English wining the 202 class and I thought Flex Lewis look better then David English from when I had a look at the photos on Flex on line

At only 31 Phil has plenty of time ahead of him to be the next Mr O to win multiple times, the amount of size he packed on and came in with the same condition is ridiculous !!
