Watch a handy cam video of Shawn Ray and Kai Greene walking down Venice beach mate. Shawn laughs about the vids they made in his day saying he never even did some of exercises they videoed, said he wouldn't grow on them if he did.

He was having a laugh about doing Cable crossovers, something that wouldn't grow a chest even if you did them all day but they look good on camera.

Toney Freeman said the same thing at the 2009 Oz Pro show to us, he said don't believe we do the workouts u see in our videos.

Food for thought

this worked for me! happy birthday!

Not sure if it's been mentioned but try doing curls on an incline it puts the biceps in a stretched mechanical position and just do them strictly 8-12 reps 4-6 sets at the end of your other bicep exercises.

For triceps I find lat pullovers put them under a decent stretch so maybe try throw those in as your last triceps exercise.

Idea is to stretch the fascias within the muscle hopefully enough to allow for extra growth.

Hey TWL, incase your arms aren't growing still... I asked my guru about what he'd do. This is a guy at 5'6" who had 19" arms, all natural... he could not walk down Queen Street without people commenting.. they'd comment, point and want to take pictures with him... that's how ridiculous his size was for his frame...

If your arms aren't growing, try shocking them once every couple of weeks or even a month. I read a long time ago about this guy who had a sick pair of arms, huge and thick. He'd just do heavy curls for over 2-3 hours, no other exercise. Just load a bar and fail at around 8-10 reps and do about 200 reps or more in one workout, taking a break between sets. You can also alternate between close grip benches and barbell curls (superset). Just go in and curl & press for an hour or so keeping the weight heavy. Your arms will be sore for 3 days, but it will induce growth.

That's in case they aren't responding too well with your current routine. Just a suggestion, in case you want to try it out. Maybe also try changing your split so you do biceps and triceps in one workout, supersetting them and see what happens.

Good luck... I'm sure as hell gonna try it. 8)
