How many fats do you have when bulking and cutting?

For my bodyweight (79kgs now) and cutting, i'm having about 70 grams a day.

I've noticed some people like to have em quite high whether cutting or bulking-apparntly for test levels or just to get a few extra calories in...

Anyway, how many do you guys have and why?

12 grams of fish oil a day , and then all im worrying about is getting 150+g's protein and my calories and I don't worry about fats and carbs if the above is met.

Theres enough fats in the meats , sauces , etc

I think you have to have 20 grams min a day to be 'healthy'?...or was that 20% of cals. :doh:

That'd be 20% of cals, I think the daily 'recommended' amount is about 60 or 70 grams for adult males, but obviously everyone has different needs. Especially in this sport (bodybuilding)
