Come down to 200 for 8-10 weeks then have 3 weeks of no shots then back on, cruise blast

Cruising = low maintenance dose allowing for preparation for a blast

Blasting = high does for maximum growth

When you cruise and blast you alternate the two, you don't "take 3 weeks of no shots". Maybe once or twice a year you can have a few weeks without shots but that's not part of the cruising and blasting. Maybe that's where you went wrong. 3 weeks might be enough to confuse the boys into producing.
