cutting is to reduce your bodyfat slowly over the weeks

done by burning slighllty more calories than you eat. normally 100-500more cals per day

lift heavy to retain muscle,do cardio training ie LSD or HIIT. i prefer HIIT.

do you count calories at the momment?

Well at the moment I have put on bulk but I want to get ripped! More lean and cut. I am doing this program at the moment

I am up to week 7 now but I just want to get lean and cut like I was saying before. I have been eating junk so I will cut that down but I'm going to do h.i.i.t. I will do 1min slow then 1min 70% and will repeat that 10 times. This will be done 3 times a week.

Should I change the program I'm doing at the moment to get more lean and cut?
