i think superpump max has added glutamine and/or other amino acids in it. dont quote me on that though.

Same here, found it gave me headaches on some occassions maybe just my personal reaction to this particular product but anything else seems to work for me, so gave over half a tub away to a workmate not sure if he has used it eigther. Price doesn't really = value IMHO
