is it really worth it tho shipping in protein from overseas? how much to ur save? $10 or $20?

then yes the time frame, but as you say just takes a bit of fore thought

definatly can pick up some other supps cheaper online from the states and have them posted in. ie just the small packet items like vits,mins pre-wo supps and zma etc etc

Do you use the cheapest shipping option on bodybuilding.com? everytime i've used it, it takes 4 weeks+ to arrive, one time 3 tubs of jack3d took 3 and 1/2 months, so since then ive always used the usps shipping which takes 7-10 days.

but if the cheap shipping option on there works for you i might try it again

yeah i do. it requires a bit of forethought as all my orders have been between 18-21 days.

i made an order from iherb on thursday night, looking at the track and trace its already in auckland (im in wellington), so well see how long it takes. but by the looks of things ill be switching to iherb for future orders. have yet to try twinlabs though - i got excited at myofusion being so much cheaper than here and jumped the gun

edit: my iherb order arrived today on monday 19th. it was ordered on the 14th (wednesday)

I'm down in Christchurch and I think I get mine from Davis Trading or something along those lines, it's the Fonterra stuff, 20kg for like 370, cant complain about that !!

Look around at the food wholesalers in your area, there's probably plenty of quality products there that are cheap and great, you just don't have to pay for the label or flavouring !

Once you get over the taste, which is basically just like milk, it's definitely worth the money you save, and the Fonterra powder is good stuff, I use it all the time and hasn't let me down yet !!

These guys a pretty good. pretty stock standard prices.

But if you contact them through the contact page on their website they can hook you up with some pretty good deals. I found this out cause i wanted to buy bulk and was seeing if they would give me a good deal. I had the lowest expectations that they would have a bar of it but it turned out they were pretty good about it all and gave me a good price :grin:

Furiogiunta - I found that too until I followed the tip in his video (see articles page on unkut site). You put the water in the glass first, powder on top and then stir. Was surprised it made a difference. Not sure if it works for all powders.

The Inner Armour one says it's a blend but doesn't say what. I'll give that a miss cos I don't like hydro whey.

I tried the nfs bio whey and like it so far.
