Must be a bit gutting to have people surprised that you use gear.

Bit like having natural guys out lift you, shame.

Whats worse is going to join a gym and being told 'we dont realy want people like you at this gym as its not the kind of look we want here sorry'

And I use it to recover, and stay in good shape. I am easily not noticed for using, anymore. When it was mass, it was staring to be obvious to people I hadnt seen on 6 months. I now don't get asked. sweet!

Well, that's IF I did gear.

Training mostly at CityGym now... it's a decent set up. It's also a very interesting mix of people.

Anybody who uses gear that gets outlifted by someone natural should be ashamed. Just being honest.

Big difference between lifts and size, not everyone trains for the same purpose.

Yeah Oblix is right, I'm ashamed...plenty of naturals can out lift me, even smaller guys. It's such shameful having this build, a wide back, sweeping quads, large guns, getting noticed etc...I hang my head low :-s just being honest

and that would also be mass dependent An 80kg gear user may not be able to compete against a 120kg natural, in the benchpress, for example.

So many variables.

I have seen thinner looking guys lift more than me, but I am not them, and focus on the ipsative data presented. Where I was, to where I got to.

Self advancement is the key, not trying to beat the guy next to you.

I don't think it's a contest because everyone has different goals and different capabilities. I mean we all know guys who don't even know how to train properly who are monsters and we also know guys who do everything exactly right and aren't. It's the individuals journey and comparing yourself with yourself as you progress. If we start worrying about what everyone else is doing or has done or might be doing... well that's energy which would be better spent on taking care of what we need to do.

Well on any given day training at CG you have a couple of top level australian bodybuilders. One of the PTs there is a multiple Mr World for Nabba, you have loads of National champs male and female and just a good environment for bodybuilders. I mean sure grunting will get you told off lol but everything is always put away and it has decent range of equipment. My only problem with CG is that it is quite a small floor space so seems cramped sometimes.

There's a bunch of natty's here (on forum & in NZL) that can outlift 99% of the guys on gear so its not that uncommon (in NZL anyway as the only PLing option is tested).

Because 99% of those guys go on gear too soon, and will never recieve the full benefits because of it.

Kinda like putting a turbo on a 1000cc engine, as opposed to putting a supercharger on a big block V8.

I do belleive majority of IPF lifters dont compete while on test,deca etc of testing. But that dosnt mean they never have used gear, and being truly natural means never using gear ever, not once in your life.

Also GH, Insulin, Long R3 IGF-1,Sermorelin, GHRP-6, CJC-1295,Hexarelin, Mod GRF (1-29),Ipamorelin,IGF-1 Lr3, IGF-1 Des (1-3),HGH Frag 176-191 and etc etc All undetectable ??????????????????????

so basically what your saying is that if the dude next to me outlifts me with a fucked up technique then he is stronger than me, thats one of the stupidest things i have heard in a long time mate. :doh:

to gain muscle mass from weight lifting, correct form and technique is paramount (aswell as diet, rest and supps).

to lesser degree we must also take into account what the goal of each lifter is, bulk, cut, sculpt, heavy weight with low reps, light wieght with high reps, volume training or hit. :shrug:

its not as simply as a nutty guy outlifts an enhanced guy. :doh:
