Is everybody using gear?

I've been lifting for just under a year, and only recently joined this forum. Reading the posts here has suprised me somewhat - is it really that common for people to be getting.... "assistance"? I thought most people were just kidding when they said every second person was using gear.

doubt you'd get many people who admit to be on it...it's cool to be known as a pot head or someone who pops pills at raves, but as soon as they hear so and so is a juicer they get labled as a needle junkie, and someone who could roid rage any second... wish those people would actually educate themselves about it before pointing fingers but what can ya do eh

I know alot of people who are on gear and are still f*ck all, prob the main reason alot of guys also keep it quiet.

i agree with that fully

but hey your only fooling yorself in the end

Fooling themselves? By thinking they have a better chance, or by being on them?

If it is for being on them, I don't see it as fooling oneself. It is a way to make the most out of a short time. We aren't here on Earth for a long time.

When used wisely, they compliment the lifestyle of the user. With little to no negative side effects.

Wow - no gains when getting help? The water cooler gossip I've heard had taught me that wasn't possible! I'd really hate to be the guy that has invested however much it is for the entire cycle, to come out the end with nothing to show for it 8)

[MOD EDIT: Careful.]

Quite a lot of people use, and most you wouldnt even pick up.

If you dont have the genetics, disipline and training even the special sauce wont help sorry. It is an aid, not a magical pill and you cant make a silk purse out of a sows ear.

Also, not many people are aware of the intensity of the training that is required to benefit from the drugs.

If your using around 750mg's per week with no gains, something aint right.

I spoke to someone today who eats shit, drinks alcohol and smokes weed and is on Clen, and complained that he got no gains.

If your on here mate, sorry but get your shit sorted.

I'm somewhat surprised too. I've been training in various gyms over 10+ years throughout the place and I've never been exposed to it at all. I've obviously seen guys that have tell-tale signs and have had training partners offered cycles, but other than that, I would have actually thought it was a lot less common place!

I must be leading a very sheltered lifting career! :pfft:

Bit like having natural guys out lift you, shame.

There's a bunch of natty's here (on forum & in NZL) that can outlift 99% of the guys on gear so its not that uncommon (in NZL anyway as the only PLing option is tested).

Yeah those unnatural guys... with their pissy lifts lol...

Must be a bit gutting to have people surprised that you use gear.

Whats worse is going to join a gym and being told 'we dont realy want people like you at this gym as its not the kind of look we want here sorry'

Corporate dicks.
