got some genox nolvadex 20mg/tab... how long does this shit take to start working? got abit of gyno coming on and its not subsiding been taking 20mg per day for 3 days now... does it take a week for this nolva to start working or is 20mg too less?

is there any benfit to taking 40mg per day at the start so it can attack it... or is 20,40,60 mg per day no difference really?

also im looking for some letrozole... can you buy that OTC? if you can then can someone pm me where to buy it from
