No idea but I have it as my staple carbs whether I'm dropping weight or bulking. Just quick n easy, which is important when you're running around between meetings while trying to eat well (I really wouldn't have time to eat a huge bowl of rice, but creamed rice & chicken n mayo takes 3 minutes max!).

Kind of think its about keeping it simple. The type of rice, be it brown or white (forget my creamed rice for the mo!), aint gonna matter in the off season. Really in all honesty it wont make 2/8th of fuckall difference come pre-comp either!

My friends approach to keeping it simple involves cooking a huge container of rice & a kg of mince. He just picks away at this all day, when and how he can. Seems to work well for him.

What he said. Aunt Betty's choc flavoured (on special at countdown now, so stocking up), nuke a can of it, stir in a serve of choc PP, and Robert's your mother's brother.
