Protein grams per day for natural lifter?

I am bulking at the mo currently 67kgs. I consume an average of 250-300 gram of protein a day. Not that I aim to have 4x BW protein but if I try to eat 5000 cals I naturally happen to get that much protein. My macros would usually be carbs 500gms protein 300gms fat 200gms. In my opinion you should be getting at least 200 protein but I am still a noob so feel free to disregard my $2

lol shit mate, im 95kg and have less food than you. 500 odd carbs, mid 300's in the protein and under 100g in fats.

Sh$t I think I'm the odd one out here. Use to only eat about 2 grams per Kg of bodyweight and put on stuff all size. Then one day BigMD suggested doubling it and my water. I have had my best results in comps/training ever since. Currently around 88-89Kg and easily getting in 300grams a day.

Def know. Put on at least 2kg of muscle in just over a year and developed a more mature harder muscle (required for athletic guys). All equals no loses in my last 5 comps with 2 overall wins.

Chicken, tuna, steak and whey shakes. Every meal has at least 150-200grams of cooked meat and 3 shakes per day (morning 50g, post workout 25g, 50g before bed). Just remember to keep the water in take high :pfft:
